How can I make my legs to stop bulking?

My legs bulk and I don't like it. how can i make them smaller?

I don't have to do hardly anything! Just walking a lot and things like that

    High repetition exercise and higher intensity cardio uses a different muscle fiber that usually does not bulk you up. However, you are naturally muscular if you already have a high muscle level on your legs.

    So, stick with leg exercise in the 25-30 rep range and as high intensity cardio that you can handle. For example, have you looked at a marathon athletes legs? Lean, not bulky.
