I need to get my birth certificate! don't know how!!?
With the new driver license renewal laws, I m going to have to have a copy of my birth certificate. I have no idea how to go about getting it. I need it by mid-August. Help!!!
I was born in 1952, don't remember the name of the hospital, it's not even in the same state I'm living in now.

go to your county clerks office, u can obtain birth records, death records marriage certificates etc, thats how it is in chicago anyways, in my hometown in missouri u can actally get them from the health dept, so maybe u should go to your cities website and see what the procedure is to obtain it, usually if u physically go to the clerks office u can get it the same day if you were born in that city if not it takes longer u have to recieve it by mail,

go to your local county court house with your Drivers licence and SS#. I had to do this when I was getting a new one for a passport. You will just have to fillout a few papers and they will want to know your mothers maiden name & there Birthdate & when & where you where Born.

my sis ordered hers from the hospital she was born in back in new york....
idk if that would help YOU...i guess it depends on the hospital
