swimming pool water?
we bought one of those blow up the ring, the pool rises pools. the water has been shocked, chlorinated and now the water looks like someone poured gallons of skim milk in it. we live in a very rural area and it appears that our pool is a nesting ground for all types of insects as well. the pool as been less than a happy experience for people that just want to float! help, any suggestions before we take the pool to the burn pile and torch it? it's by intex and the very first pool we bought, the liner tore at the seam. we had to send it back to the maker, not where we bought it. so if you work at intext, let me tell you, you have made a summer in LA even hotter than it should be!

The ph of the water is probably off. You can either buy a test
kit that will tell you, or bring a sample of the water to just
about any pool dealer and they will check the water for you
free of charge and tell you what you need to add.
