Carmex on a sore INSIDE of my mouth?
A friend told me that she used Carmex inside her mouth on a sore on her lip. Ive had this really painful sore on the inside of my bottom lip close to the gums. Tender and kind of white in color. Anyhoo, I got Carmex today and wondered if this had worked for anyone else. And any tips for this spot that has been painful and has not diminished at all for over a week.

That's probably a canker sore from the sounds of it and yeah they hurt (I have one now).
Best treatment is to gargle with warm salt water and I also swish with antiacid before bed (being that it is a little ulcer in my mouth).
Also for pain management, since those little buggers hurt, ORABASE works wonders as far as numbing and NOT washing off immediately.
Happy treatment to ya!
