What kind of flower is this?

I thought I was planting nicotania but I don't think that is what popped up. Here are is a link to my photo site and the flower is "Unknown Flower":

    Your flower is a Blue Columbine.

    They come back from seeds every year.

    Granny is correct, columbine. Biannual, doesn't bloom first year from seed, will second year and re seed. My rocky mountain favorite next to forget me nots blue as the sky.

    Your plant is a columbine. The Latin name is Aquilegia, species probably Vulgaris. Let it go to seed and you will be the mother of millions.
