Where can I find a long, dark-colored raincoat?
I need a raincoat, so I'm looking for a waterproof coat, that comes past my knees (ideally around ankle-length), in a dark color - preferably black, but brown, blue, or grey is OK. I've looked in all the local stores I can think of, so if you know where to find one, please post the website here.
Women's size small is good, or Men's XS works, too.
And it's OK if it looks like it's from the Matrix. In fact, it would be really cool if it looked like that.
I'm a poor broke student, so no leather, and no designers (unless it's cheap!), cause I've only got about a $75 budget for this one.
