is there any way to cure pimples and marks?

I was told many years ago that pure vitamin E cream is good for scars and skin marks because it helps to oxygenate the skin while it heals.

yea i drink like just straight water for awhile and that actually worked the best. Now i have pimple scars on my back that I am not sure how to get rid of. Well I'm pretty sure its permanent but I know with getting a tan its not so bad. A scar is a scar there really is no way of getting rid of it unless you got a bunch of money laying around.

diluting your blood may very reduce the pimples if they are sucrose induced (too much sugar, junk food) just drink water

as for the marks, the skin will eventually heal itself replacing scar tissue cells later, other than that, talk with a beautician ?

Glycolic acid / salacylic acid. rationaleskincare.com.au. Trust me, it will work. If it is a bad case though, you may want to try isotretinoins like accutane. Or try Clindamycin, see your dermatologist and mention these.
