rash with two circles next to each other and dot in the middle?

I'm hoping to find out what kind of rash this is on my hand. I have two faint flower/circle shaped marks on my skin. Does anyone know what that could be from?

We have poisonous spiders and snakes in the area, but this doesn't look like their bites. There is no pain, and at the most it might have been is like two small puss bumps resembling a misquito bite yesterday, but I'm not sure that is the same spot as where I got bit from the misquito.

It's like a pink line drawing of a flower/circle shape with the dot in the middle. It's not swollen or in any pain, just a wierd shaped like I rested my arm on something. They are very faint. Does anyone know what that could be? No symptoms of being sick or numbness either.
