Name Of Cartoon?

Im pretty sure it is from the 80's or early 90's. It's about these three guys with these special suits that allow them to add special weapons and armor. I remember one of them turned into a helicopter, another into a submarine and another a tank...i think. anyways 10 pts to whoever can get me the name of the cartoon.
