I'm not a Yankee or Red Sox fan (A's, actually), but given the diversity of opinions on here, I was wondering if anyone had seen these and what folks thought.

i agree, both teams are highly overrated. not to say that they aren't good! its just that they've been around for so long that everyone expects them to be the best and thinks they're the best.

He's just batting off his usual numbers so, of course, reporters will think they know it all and will say he's overrated and overpaid, but in a couple of weeks if he gets hot again, they'll praise him and say something along the lines of, "Hank Steinbrenner should give him an extra 10 mil!!! He's making way to little for these numbers!!!" He's still doing above average players currently. I just wouldn't read nonsense articles like that!...... O ya, and I was talking bout Derek Jeter...
