Can you reccommend a good independent film...?
Hubby and I do a movie/date night every weekend and we are looking for some good independent movies to buy and watch. Nothing to scfi-ish and it must be in english, no subtitles....what can you reccommend??

The title and subject may put you off, but "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer" is a very good independent film which probably would not have found a distributor had it not been well received at one of the early Sundance Film Festivals. The acting is a cut above that in most horror movies (or what was a popular serial killer sub-genre when the movie was made), and the script and the execution of the film are both first rate. Basically, the film is a highly unusual romance with a logical but unexpected ending.
