How much weight have you lost replacing 2 meals a day with a low cal/ low carb protein shake, and how long?
I'm trying to lose 10-20lbs fairly quickly. I've lost 55lbs so far eating healthy, and I've hit a plateau. It seems no matter how much I exercise I just can't bust through the last 10-20! So frustrating. So, I'm just curious how much weight you lost and how long did it take.
Please no people saying "this isn't safe" or spam about hoodia or herbalife. I'm a grown woman, so I can make my own decisions about my own life.

You could try adding light weights (weighted gloves, wrist bands or free weights) to whatever cardio routine you're doing. When you add light weights, it increases the intensity, and many times that will help you overcome the plateau. Also, if you've been doing the same type of cardio all along, you may want to switch it up. When you do the same routine over and over, your body becomes used to it and it doesn't have the same effect that it used to.

Do something besides eat if you're bored. Start a new hobby. Take up reading. Do some reverse crunches (very good for the lower abs). Go for a walk. Drink a glass of water-sometimes dehydration is perceived as hunger. Air popped popcorn and crudites are the absolute best for low calorie healthy snacks. Keep up the good work and try not to be self conscious-all that matters is that your BF apparently finds your body attractive. Concentrate on having fun instead of focusing on your figure. Health and happiness matter more.

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

create emergency packs filled with healthy foods such as nuts fruits or sliced vegetables to help you avoid unhealthy temptations
