Gordon Ramsay's Beef Wellington?

I have found his recipe for Beef Wellington, and I'm eager to try it. My question is, on Hell's Kitchen, the wellington is served with some kind of sauce in a gravy boat. Does anybody know what that sauce is and where to get the recipe? Thanks.

On one of his "Kitchen Nightmare" shows on BBC America, he made an awesome gravy by reducing the pan juices, then running the roasted vegetables through a sieve.

You can go to BBC America's website, and they have lots of his recipes from "Kitchen Nightmares" and "Gordon Ramsay's F Word".

I don't know where to get his recipe, but if you've ever seen Take Home Chef on the learning channel (aka TLC), he makes beef wellington and makes a sauce for it as well that maybe you coudl try. Here's the link to his version of beef wellington

I've tried some of his stuff and I really like it, I've made his beef wellington (for 20 ppl) and they all loved it, I just didn't make the sauce because my mom is against alcohol, but I'm sure it'd be good

No idea what they're serving on Hell's Kitchen.

Beef Wellington can be served with Bernaise sauce, Madeira sauce, Bordelaise sauce or just a simple reduction of the pan juices.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU90w

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
