dems know that we SHOULD be drilling for oil at least until we find alternative energy.

From my point of view, there really isn't a lot of difference between to two parties. This DEMOCRACY has been hijacked by big business. Petroleum, health industry, insurance are just some of this country's problems. Up until now I have been pro-dems, but after this cycle I'll be registering as an independent. I will never again vote for a party that has control. I like checks and balances. If you take a serious look at what has happened under BOTH parties, for instance, Free Trade. Free trade? Ain't free is it. Hear is where we agree for sure. Talk is cheap!

ck4829 --that 68 million has not got enough oil on it to fill my car up ..they was just talking about that last night and they are still looking but have not found enough to drill ,,why not go where they know it is ...or what you want to do wait another 10 years if we would have did it in the 90s we would not be going though this now ,,,wait wait ,,,the hell with ya drill damn and look for new resource

Exactly..the promises aren't realistic. You can't give and give and give without taking from someone...guess who's going to get taken..the hard working people who have EARNED their money because the way Obama puts it..welfare life's looking pretty great!

All the Republicans have given us is higher prices, tax breaks to the oil companies and record profits for the oil companies. Who is representing our interests? It's time for new management.
