Why would it be a problem to uninstall in "Add/Remove Programs" in the control panel?
I had problems with this program, and I and my boyfriend (I use his laptop) agreed to uninstall it and reinstall the newer version (we couldn't find the patch for it). I open "Add/Remove Programs" and am about to fix it myself when he flips out, logs me out (as the game isn't installed on my account so he can't do it his way there), logs in, and looks for the uninstall file it came with. It's an online flash based game, so nothing is saved on the computer or anything (no custom uninstall), and he wouldn't give me a reason for this except "It's my computer and it's how I do things on it". Is there a reason to do it his way, or is he just being stubborn and stupid?

hes just a stubborn jerk, there is absolutely nothing wrong with using add or remove programs, and its probably better, cause you have a higher chance of messing something up his way. he needs to get over himself and look at things from different perspectives and see that theres noting wrong with it

id rather use Add/Remove Programs becuase this is how i catch unwanted programs like spyware. Add/Remove Programs is the same thing as "normal" unistallation, except its a list.
