you may not have to be 21 but it really sounds like it from what i read. there is a cover charge of $5 they have happy hour, ladies night, and all kinds of other stuff. but perhaps if you are just going for dinner than you may be able to get in if you're under 21. i'm nto really sure. but here is the phone number you could just call and as if its all ages or if its 21 and older.
