I have a '97 Jeep Wrangler that sometimes will not start in warm weather.?
It won't turn over, but the electrical system comes on. Any thoughts?

My thought would be to take it to a shop and have it checked out.

Check your battery connections at the battery and starter. You will probably find some corrosion and or broken connection.

starter or battery cables are very corroded. If it fails when warm/hot, the starter or solenoid is probably on it's last leg.
