Hip hop abs?

I'm an Independent Coach for Beachbody, so you can order them through me if you like. Some people have shipping issues when they order directly through the Beachbody website, so they prefer ordering through a coach. Beware that if you order it on eBay or some other such place, you don't get the 30-day money back guarantee, and you may not get the entire program with the eating guide and calendar.

If you like to dance, I would suggest Rockin Body instead. It's more high intensity than Hip Hop Abs, and I also think it's a lot more fun. Don't get me wrong, I use and love both programs, but Rockin Body is my favorite by far. You can burn an average of approximately 900 calories per hour based upon how much you put into the workout! I'm pretty certain that you will absolutely love either program.
