try going to borders. if you sign up to become a member (it's free-the only requirements are a working email address and someone 16 years old or older). then you'll get coupons emailed to you weekly that range from 20-30% off. you can use these to buy manga. [there are also some more benefits that come with the membership, but i can't remember them at the moment]

if you don't mind ordering online, go to http://www.discountanimedvd.com/
the manga is always 25% off the list price, unless there's a sale, then it's even cheaper.
