How do I make my flat bum bigger?

Exercise? Food? or both? I'm nursing my newborn daughter, and I don't get any real exercise, so I guess as a result my bum has gone so flat that it hurts my tailbone when I sit.

How can I get my big bum back?

    tone ur bum, do bum clenches, that will tighten ur bum and make it appear more bigger because of the muscle which is being made. I wouldent class this as excercise. try doing about 30-40 a day it will soon tighten your bum muscles.

    stop sitting on it so much and try to do ah little exercise. . .people always tell me da longer u sit around and do nunthin, the flatter it gets. . . so get active!! but only after u have cared for u baby!! congrats also!!
