and it's the one where Brian brings his idiot girlfriend Gillian over. My question is how come Lois is making fun of her when she's married to Peter who was found to be retarded?

    Because Gillian is on level terms with Peter and she says stupid stuff. Plus it's a cartoon, best not delve too deep.
