Which came first the super hero of the super villain?
Why is it that when ever a super hero born a super villainis born soon after. Imagine if it was the other way around, the world goes into total chaos then some one stronger comes along. The closest thing to that is maybe the Matrix
The next closest thing would be the Fantastic 4, because the villain and the hero's was born at the same time but if that then happen then the next super villain would have destroyed the earth a year later, what good timing!.

I would say that they both may have developed at the same time.
However, the super villain has to do something to make the super hero become public. Otherwise the super hero is just a show off doing things to bring attention to his or her powers.

Not up for every aspect of the questioon, but a sweet hero power would be the ability to heal organic mater (metal would deform). The healing is actually the damage going in reverse - e.g. healing a lost arm would give all the pain of losing the arm PLUS the pain that would have been felt while it was off. Ever pass a knife past your stump? You'd feel that. Translation: super horrific pain resulting in a fully healed individual. Next a person who is able to creates imaginary friends for other people. These imaginary friends are totally trusted, but don't force others to do things they wouldn't normally. An individual who can make others percieve abstract objects as whatever he wishes. So, for example, if there is a fabric that has a stain then he can make others (an individual or everyone) percieve it as another object, say a car or gun. They still see the physical fabric and the stain, but they interpret it being the other object. This could be extended to, say, laws of physics too. Things don't fall from gravity but from the second law of thermal dynamics. Woman don't nag, they do push ups. This power does not change reality or perception, just interpretation of perception. - this guy would be great at camoflauge, for example. A salvager. A very detail oriented person, perhaps. They turn certain things to salvage to fuel their power - superspeed. The more they consume, the faster they can go. If it is a villian, they could consume citizens, heroes, or powers and are trying to get a big enough 'score' to power a trip back in time to change a horrible past event. If it is a hero, they could consume rubbish or people's ability to worry. You could have a freeloader who's only super power involves being invited along even though they don't do anything - like a 30 year old living in the parents basement, but a bum living in the superhero group. Plus he projects an aura of invulnerability onto nearby teammates (but not himself). A person who can convince others of anything only when he is crying. A person who creates rules and anyone that doesnt follow them both 1) feels no pain and 2) has total, permenent amnesia about the last week. A person who is able to prevent disruption of any game they are playing. Someone who teleports, causing him to hallucinate. The more/further/harder he teleports, the stronger and more convincing the hallucinations. Fun for drawing! A person who can walk through other people and absorb their memories / feelings. Someone who laughs, thus becoming an equal member of any group. Someone who turns more and more invisible depending on the amount of anamosity she feels the people around her have for her. When this next person is tactful, they cause the person they are being tactful to to kill themself. This person is very blunt with friends, often to hillarious ends. Another who picking fights with people causes them to give their posessions away. You can mix and match superpowers pretty much to any degree that doesn't make it confusing. Plus wikipedia has a list of more standard super power, like fire manipulation or fast healing. Good luck!

Villain, you can't be a hero if you do not have an opposite do "go against". if you have super powers, and no one is planning an international human-slaughter, you wouldn't know what to do with them, this probably making you resort to becoming a super villain, just for something to do, right?

the super villain because the super hero needs someone to beat in order to be a super hero

in most cases the villain is created and so there is a need for a hero. Otherwise the hero wouldnt exist since he/she has nothin to fight!

i see it the other way. i say you have more than on super hero and one gets more credit than the other. causing the other to become insanely jealous and start being the villain.
