Sleeping problems?

Hello, I am a middle aged(50) yr old female. I am slightly overweight but healthy person. I work about 36 hrs a week at one job and 4-6 at another. I am not depressed but I am so tired I just want to sleep to much. I will sleep for 8 hours be up doing something for 3-4 and If I go back to sleep sound for like 2 hours at a time. Sometimes in the eve we will sit down to watch TV and next thing I know I wake up just in time to get ready for bed! I eat healthy enough and last year had a complete and healthy blood work. I get so tired I shake..What could be up with this?

Update:

I do try to walk everyday, i take no medications and have no allergies and do not drink..Sleep apnea maybe?

Could be lots of underlying factors and you should check with your doctor. Do you drink alcohol at night? That could make you tired the next day.

Or, maybe you have sleep apnea. That's a disorder, as you probably know, where you don't actually get a "good" night's sleep and wake up many, many times during the night without being aware that you do. So, while you think you're getting the right amount of sleep at night, maybe you're not at all and that's why you're so tired.

Or, are you taking any medications that can make you tired - even allergy medicine. They can knock you for a loop and make you real tired sometimes.

Or, maybe you have allergies and are not taking medicine for them and the allergies are making you tired. I get VERY tired and feel tired all the time during certain times of the year and I know it's my allergies --- and I DO use an allergy nasal spray but that mostly only stops me from sneezing all the time and stops my nasal drip.

Try exercising and/or going for a fast paced walk every day. I know it sounds crazy, but it will give you more energy.
