How horrible would Sweet Italian Sausage taste with Spanish Rice?

It will be fine, assuming you like sweet Italian sausage. I do that a lot, I add other stuff, too...like black olives, chopped green peppers, onions and if I have shrimp or chicken, I sort of make a "jambalaya".

eat the sausage with spaghetti, dont ruin the beautiful spanish rice with something sweet, chorizo is the best! especially with egg, mmmmmm. but if you dont wanna buy it then well

It doesn't taste sweet...dried fennel is one of the ingredients and fennel itself is a little sweet. But the sausage tastes great. I love making my lasagne with sweet italian sausage.

by spanish rice do you mean a strain of rice grown in spain or do you mean a dish like paella or texmex flavoured red rice?
