how long does coricidin stay in your system?

    if u mean recreational doses (240-1000 mg dxm) id say about 2-3 days..depending on how much u eat and drink.. the effects will last about 4-6 hours but the medication itself stays in your system about 2 days or so. if you mean by normal dose(30-60 mg dxm) is say about 4-6 hours then its gone. i assume you are talking about coricidin cough and cold though.
