I just had my party and it turned out great! I invited a bunch of girls over (like 10-12) and it was a 6 hour party (3-9). I have a pool, so we swam, played rockband, had dinner/cake, presents, then played Red Robin! Not a dull moment the whole party! If you don't have a pool, there's still lots to do! Not very expensive (chips, soda, cake, burgers/hot dogs, fruit salad w/yogurt dip, lemonade, balloons... $75 for EVERYTHING!)

If it were me, I'd go to lunch with a few close friends and then go to the mall and just buy a few things. Its also fun to go into the stores with exspensive clothes you know you cant buy and just dress up and take pictures. And if you do go to the mall, wear something cute but comfy so changing in and out of clothes isn't difficult.

surprise the ppl invited by going to a sleepover at a hotel, just rent one room and squish everyone in, you parents can either not go, or be in a room a few doors down from you party.

Go to Dave and Busters or Jullians. You will have to have a parent with you or they will not let you in. invite some friends to come with. Then go out to eat after or eat at the place.
