    It's a combination.

The first step in getting abs is some resistance work for abs.

You have to bring up the muscles a little. Don't worry, they will not get too big. Abs are not designed that way and your genetics and female hormones wouldn't allow it anyway. But you do have to build the muscles just a little.

The best ways to do this are cable crunches, ab roller, weighted crunches, and hanging leg raises. Try to do 3 sets of twenty of 2 exercises, 2 or 3 days a week.

Take at least a day off to recover between ab workouts.

Second is the hardest. That is losing fat that covers these new muscles.

You should do some cardio to use fat as energy.

You can not neglect resistance training because it will fire up your metabolism better than cardio.

But even more important is diet.

Cut our sugar and white bread, except for 1 slice of white bread with peanut butter within 30 minutes of a weight workout.

Eat whole grain carbs, vegetables, and very lean protein sources.

You will get enough fat as an incedental from your meat and cooking with olive oil.

Eat salmon once a week for extra Omegas. If you don't like salmon then an avacado.

Do not eat carbs after 4pm unless you lift weights late. You will not burn them before bed and they will be stored as fat.

ok so you will never see results w/o getting the fat off so we must run, walk, play a sport etc.

while still doing your crunches but the best ab workouts are with instruments like using a ball the ab things at the gym

and last you MUST EAT RIGHT

you cant really see her abs, its prolly done with makeup to be honest.

if you want something like that in real life (or more) you are going to have to lose some weight first ..... then build muscle in the place of the fat you lost.

    simple

    Eggs are your friend

Try rotation crunches, left elbow to right knee, right elbow to left knee, and do ab wheels. their cheap and very efficiant, and you can buy them almost anywhere.
