google for "RealPlayer 11" and download it also install it.
when playing video on youtube just point your cursor on video and a popup msg wud come on the top of video frame saying download this video. Good luck

this will help you... use 'zillatube'
it is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.
Zillatube easily download videos from Youtube... to your computer, and more (e.g. it will help you convert them, or just watch them easily)
