2001 Jeep Wrangler?
I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler, ive been searching but cant find any information. I am wondering if any one has had the Hevac control (Selector on the dash that selects off, or a/c or vent and so on) wire harness start melting down and what was the cause of the issue, was their a short or faulty wiring system somewhere. thanks anyone with any good web pages they can share would be great thanks.

It's a pretty common occurrence. JP magazine had a write up on there website about fitting relays to control the fan speeds and reduce the load on the switches and wiring.
