My husband and I would like to open a restaurant in the future, I am in the middle of taking college classes..
what degree would be best to run our own place? I have been a LPN for 12 years and had gone back for my RN, but my husband is a cook/kitchen manager, and we would both like to run our own food place.

Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) would be the obvious choice.
Since your husband is already a cook/kitchen manager, having achieving that rank, I would assume that he is already adept at scheduling and assigning kitchen resources (raw food and condiment stocking inventory, and cook kitchen assignments).
HRM would make you valuable at the front end of the business which means table arrangement, waiter, busboy and maitre'D assignments, table arrangement, wine choices, wine and liquior stocking inventory, etc.
However, since you are already on your way to a nursing degree, it would be a waste of time and money already spent to shift to another course.
A nice compromise is to finish your RN degree while using your free electives (subjects not required for the degree but units earned are essential for completing a course) for nutrition-related subjects; which are allied subjects for a nursing programme. That way you would have had earned a nursing degree, and the nutrition knowledge could be used in helping out in the food business by the time you graduated.
I hope this is the information that you require and that I have helped. Good luck.

It seems pretty harmless to me. I have been there.....did not particularly find the girls there to be exceptionally pretty or slutty. They wear tight t-shirts and short shorts. Big deal, there are better looking waitresses in many other restaurants that dress a lot more provocative. I mean at hooters they have to wear those stupid pantyhose. You sound like you are very controlling and very jealous. Don't push too hard you might succeed. What is so disgusting? Boobs are great, don't you agree. I hope your man likes your boobs, or is that the real issue here.

If you don't have the opportunity to take classes specifically related to restaurants/hospiality, in my opinion some business classes will be vital. Since your husband has the food part covered you should focus on the business aspects: accounting/bookeeping, marketing and management.
