Is it legal to marry someone else during your divorce& can your divorce decree be altered if there is proof ?

I just found out that my ex got married during our divorce and brought his wife in from another country.  Additionally after the divorce was final we tried again to reconcile and had another child but he neglected to tell me about the wife. At present we share an address as he never changed his DL etc though he is in the middle of filing her immigration paperwork. he has an apartment in another county and this is where they have been living together. Is the divorce legal or is the second marriage valid ? I am trying to figure out how to proceed with this matter.

Once you are married, that is the precedent until the divorce is final. If he married someone else before the divorce was final he was guilty of bigamy which is a felony, and the second marriage invalid. Your divorce is quite legal, but you should definitely consult a lawyer to make sure that anything he has done illegally, is not a shared responsibility of yours, especially as he is claiming on legal documentation that the both  of you are still co-habitating.

No its not legal to get married while still married even if divorce is in the works..And there is no "second" marriage cause the first marriage isn't over yet.

Until you are legally divorce marrying someone else is bigamy. He is a bigamist.

the law says you have to wait for 5 months before being with any one else. and no it will not decree.
