    Chickadee Wings

    2 SERVINGS

Prep Time: 15 min (plus cooling)

    Cook Time: 20 min

1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon honey

    2 tablespoons mustard

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

8 chicken drumettes or 4 wings, tips removed and discarded

    Salt and pepper

    1/3 cup flour

    2 tablespoons butter

    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

4 ribs celery, halved crosswise and lengthwise

    1. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup honey and the mustard. In another small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and half of the blue cheese; mash with a fork until nearly smooth, then fold in the remaining blue cheese.

    2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then coat each piece with the flour, shaking off any excess. In a medium nonstick skillet, melt the butter in the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Drizzle the chicken with the remaining 1 tablespoon honey, lower the heat to medium-low and cook, shaking the pan frequently to prevent the honey from burning, for 5 minutes. Transfer the chicken to 2 plates and serve with the dips and celery sticks.

    Spinach and Artichoke Dip

If for a bunch of people, I'd do:

4 cans of artichoke hearts (packed in water) chopped and drained

2 packages of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

1 and 1/2 cups of mayonnaise

    3/4 cup of parmesan cheese

    Juice of 1 lemon

3/4 cup of shredded mozarella cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake at 375 Farenheit until it is bubbly and golden on top. Serve with tortilla chips and crackers.

    *****************************

    Sausage Dip

1lb Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage (not in the links)

2 8oz bricks of cream cheese

1 can of Rotel tomatoes and chillis

Brown the sausage. Put in a crock pot on low and stir in the cream cheese and Rotel. Crock pot until it is bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

    *******************************************

    Pizza Pinwheels

2 cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough (Pillsbury)

    1 jar of spaghetti sauce

1 package of shredded mozarella cheese

    1 package of pepperoni's

*any additional toppings that you like on pizza*

Take one of the cans of crescent roll dough and roll it out flat, smoothing the triangles together. Spoon some sauce onto the dough (keep the edges free of sauce) and then top with mozarella, followed by sliced pepproni (and whatever other toppings). Roll into a log shape and bake at 375 Farenheit, until crescent dough is cooked. Slice into "pinwheels" and repeat with the other tube of crescent dough.

    **********************************

    Sausage, peppers, and onions

    2 packages Johnsonville Brats

    2 green bell peppers

    2 red bell peppers

    1 large white onion

    1 jar of spaghetti sauce

Pan fry all of the brats until golden on the outside, and cooked all the way through. Slice each sausage into bite sized pieces. Slice onions thinly, and slice bell peppers into strips. Saute in a little olive oil until tender. Add sausage, onions, peppers, and spaghetti sauce to the crockpot. Cook on low for 3-5 hours. Serve with a sliced baguette.

    Good luck!
