Why do people ask the most worthless religion questions?

Seriously, we can ask and talk about interesting aspects of tons of good religions, and the only questions showing up are questions about masterbation, cuddling with bf/gfs, or questions about how people are stupid to believe something. Is it that freakin difficult to formulate a religious question that has some meat to it? Or do we have to sit around all day and read questions about evolution, sex, or any shallow religious questions that could be looked up with five minutes of effort instead of actual substance?

Are there no serious religious questions? Or are people really so naive and shallow they can't think up anything good?

I have some patience for even those that can be looked up. There IS alot of info floating around out there, and sometimes it's easier to relate to your peers than to professors, engineers and the sort.

But you forgot these. Does Jesus were hanes or jockey?

Can God make a rock so big He can't pick it up?

Did Jesus walk to school or carry His lunch?

I see these silly and stupid ones about 40 times a week.

Answer: I do try to have questions with "meat" on them. The problem is that those are the questions that tend to get ignored. I recently asked a question concerning "sin" as expressed in the Delphic Maxims and got only 8 answers while a question about if it was sinful for a woman to be selling sex toys got 23.....

Just try asking the more "dry" philosophical questions sometimes.... You will hear the crickets (virtually speaking)....

I think that they post worthless questions because they are bored and have nothing better to do. Also, they truly don't want an answer, just lots of attention for having the worst post!

There are some serious questions, but you have to dig to find them.

Here's one for ya: Can God create a rock so heavy even he cannot lift it?

Yes, it's been asked hundreds of times in the last millisecond, but I'm yet to hear a decent answer to it. All the good religious questions simply can't be answered without flaming or outright denial of demonstrable facts.

I thing that everybody is trying to select the religion which is inline with his attitude and behaive. One day I ve met an guy and asked him a question How do u select your religion? he said , I did select my religion because of my needs so , for example if you like to drink and have gf , so butter to select such a religion which is in same line with m selections.

But looking some things up does not give another person so many different viewpoints. Just because something is published on the internet, doesn't mean it's the one, and only, answer of point of view.

I've seen quite a few good questions on here. Unfortunately, they get deleted. I don't know if they are being reported, or the asker is deleting them. But they disappear very quickly.

No. It's because many are too lazy to do any research themselves. They would rather have someone else tell them the answer or they ask to just get a rise out of others. And some ask just to get conformation to their own warped ideas. They don't want real, truthful, or factual answers.

Look at the people that think that their only resposibillity in life is to bash others' religions.

They post their questions here, because they get a bigger response than from the section it is supposed to be in or maybe that kid posting feels it is a significant spiritual issue in their life, because their spirituality is apart of who they are.
