The man's semen is constantly release every three days through the urine because sperm cells only live for 72 hours inside the testis and need to be remove out of the body (if he don't have any sexual activity). Now as a man grows old, his ability and appetite for sex decreases due to physical conditions and illnesses (not to mention that he is more stronger than his contemporary). His reproductive system is not in use for a longer period of time and this will lead to a prostate cancer. An illness that old men usually encounters due to unreleased hormones in the prostate gland for a long time. When the man ejaculates during sex or masturbation, the sperm goes out with hormone from the prostate gland in the form of whitish sticky liquid called semen. Although it is constantly release every 3 days, but the man should have to exercise his reproductive system to prevent this cancer. Notice that nobody in the age of adolescence up to their late 40s have this kind of cancer where the teens, guys or man are still active and capable for sex. I'm not an expert but this is what I learn from other people who this kind of thing.

The sperm acts as the protein preservation, just like estrogen's function in a woman. When it's "out-of-date", the estrogen (man has it too, but not much as women have) will renew the sperm and changed the old sperm to become protein preservation for body.
It depends on the man's libido -or- what he's thinking/brain's imaging. If the dream goes for arousing part/sex, he will have a wet dream. It's same with masturbation/real sex occasion.
I'd read a survey about, a man who's low-frequency of sex (or sort of heart's activity concerning it), will have a chance to get heart attack rather than those who always did. It back again to the reason of the HDL it creates from estrogen's command.
HDL is okay for woman's body, but deadly if they had too much LDL. That's why most woman will die because of having low-blood pressure. While man will die of the opposite, heart attack because of HDL. Those both Lipids were formed from the protein of our body.

It depends upon the mind control of the individual. Some saints can control and it don't affect them. But, normal person may become horny, excited , may not concentrate on work / studies and he might have a wet dream from time to time. However, it should not affect other activities of the person.

Seminal fluid that is not released is broken down and reabsorbed by the body. However, sexual tension may (WILL) build up without release. Sometimes the body releases this with nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) - yes they can happen too in adulthood if you don't get any for a long time.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tinyurl.im/aH36B Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

They will basically have a nocturnal emission (wet dream) a man's body has to get rid of sperm one way or another. If he doesn't masturbate or have sex the male body finds other ways of riding itself of "old sperm".

Normally, the system has its own mechanism to remove excess. The removal may be in the form of bedwetting or in urine for adolescents and in urine for adults. There may be individual to individual variarion. Psychologically, some people may have urge in the form of frequent erection. It is better to wait for the chance for arousal for masturbation or having sex and it is advisable not to do something that is unwarrented.

He dies. But this is not yet proven, since there isn't anyone willing to risk it :))))
Just kidding... the "old sperm" as you refer to it, are in fact cells that simply die off and new cells are created at a rate of about one percent each day. This means the entire sperm cycle requires approximately 100 days. The final 75 days represent a period of maturation for the sperm cell. This final step of sperm maturation, called "spermiogenesis", puts the fuel into the tank and completes the development of the sperm cell (spermatozoon).
