Twitter is not capable of doing that. Hell, it's barely capable of staying online half the time.
You'd be better off finding a tool that'll let you update multiple statuses at the same time. I don't have any off hand but a google search on "update multiple statuses, facebook twitter" will yield a website or two that can do it.

pick one twitter message or tweet published on your fb wall and click the "X" button placed on the top appropriate of that tweet/message and you may see 3 thoughts there upon clicking the "X" a million. get rid of this submit 2. get rid of Twitter 3. Mark as direct mail pick #2 so you might offer up the automated updates of twitter on your fb. desire this helps.
