Why is my computer not scrolling smoothly like it was before I updated my windows?
When I use the wheel on my mouse or drag the elevator up or down the scroll motion is jerky and not smooth like before. What can I do to correct it?
The screen format has changed to a much larger size. Maybe if I could change the size the format I could correct the problem.

It sounds like you need to re-install your video driver. (Note: these instuctions are for xp, if you have vista, try something similar) To find what driver you need, go to start> run> and type dxdiag. Than click on the display tab, and find your video device. Then, google your video card. (Example: Radeon x300 driver)
