Why am I not receiving emails from my Y!A contacts?

I haven't received an email stating one of my contacts has asked a question. I check my network and I see that some of my contacts have asked questions. I looked at my information and nothing has changed. All the stuff is the same as the day I joined. A few weeks ago, I accidentally spammed emails from Y!A, but I switched it back and started getting the emails again. I've checked my spam emails and none of the questions are there. Then this started. I noticed last week I wasn't receiving those emails, but I did get emails from Y!A when I got a best answer. Why would I get those emails from Y!A and not get the questions my contacts ask? It doesn't make sense.

Update:

Interesting enough Bella, I got an email saying that I got a new answer to my question. You're probably right.

I think it might just be a problem with Yahoo right now. I have received email messages from my contacts but I'm not getting any emails from Yahoo stating that I have received 360 comments or messages, even though I have.

Just so you know, I usually get an email when one of my contacts asks a question but I didn't get an email about this question that you just asked- it was listed on my main page when I signed on. So it's not just you.

I'm just assuming it's another Yahoo "technical problem" that will hopefully be resolved soon.
