Whats for dinner?

I am making poached salmon w/ summertime squash puree(texture is like mashed potatoes) and some steamed asparagus w/ hollandaise sauce. How about you?

    Jeez, can I come over? Or you just bring me a plate :P I would love to have some of that! I'm going the cheap and easy route tonight. I have some black-eyed peas that we raised on my farm in the freezer. I'm going to cook some of them, a pan of cornbread, and eat it with some onion and peppers.

    I had tuna kimbab tonight and some kimchi for dinner! Kimbab is the korean version of a sushi roll..( I live in South Korea at the moment and I love it...its soooo delicious!!!)

    i have a fear of cooking fish, i never think i'll cook it right. anyway, tonight it's spaghetti night with salad and garlic bread. yep, time to take out the special pants with the elastic! lol
