How much weight should I lose?
I am 5'11" and I weigh 155 pounds. I am mostly fat since I do not have very much muscle mass. I have begun working out once again and wanted to get an idea of an ideal weight I should get down to.
I have quite a bit of a gut and was hoping to get down to a flat chest.

You're actually in the ideal weight range. Your BMI is 21.5 and ideal weight is in between 18.5 and 24.9. However, if you still want to lose weight you should try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. To improve your health even more, stop smoking (if this applies to you), cut down on salt and high-fat foods. Also, don't consume as much alcohol.
Remember to still get a balanced diet and if you want to become fitter faster increase the amount of exercise you do. Walking is good as it works all of your muscles. Running is a good sport to do too if you do not like walking.
This will help to convert your fat into muscle.
