Ipod and Itunes?

This may be a really stupid question, but I can't find the answer anywhere. I want to subscribe to Itunes to get some new music, but I don't have an actual Ipod. I have a Creative Zen MP3. Can I still download music to it from Itunes?

itunes doesn't have a subscription service, you simply buy songs whenever you want ($1 per song)

    downloading iTunes is free.

iTunes is basically a media player. You can listen to music on it, you don't need an iPod.

However, you can't put the music that you buy on iTunes on anthing that isn't an iPod.

If you are planing of putting music on your Zen, I recommend you buy songs from Amazon.com (they are also $1 per song).

You can only download music from itunes to an ipod. you have to use what the player says to use.

music files from itunes are under DRM protection. in order to play them on mp3 players other than ipod and iphone, you need a special program to help remove the protection mechanism and convert the music files. i always use tuneclone audio converter. my friend recommended it to me. it works really nice. below is its step by step user guide you can refer to:
