Clomid users? Tell me your experience with all your tests PLEASE!!?
OK, so here is my story. Endo for 4yr, no regAF, diagnosed with PCOS in May. Started 1st rndof clomid at 50mg in April and took a prog level at CD21 it came back at a 1. Started to take my 2nd round of clomid but they saw a cyst so we waited another 2 weeks. I started my 3rd round at 100mg and had my progesterone level done on CD 21, it was a 46!So, I ovulated and was hoping for a BFP but it did no. I started what I thought was my period, but it lasted only 48hours. Which was weird but my period did start on its own compared to the last 2 times on clomid. But only 48 hours...then I started clomid. Anyone have this on clomid? Short AF or short period & then preg?
I am now on my 3rd day of my third round. Hoping for the best! i am also using preseed, drinking fertiltea, and fertilaid. I have even thought about trying the robitussin after I stop clomid. I have also been tracking my BBT. I just wanted to share my story and see if there were any similar out there!

I just wanted to offer you some hope:) My cousin got pregnant after ttc for 15 loooong years on her 3rd round of clomid. Her son is now 3 weeks old and doing well:) Stay positive and here's some baby dust**********
Edit**** I really hope you're taking at least 1500mg of metformin. Women with PCOS have a 46% miscarriage rate when they don't take metformin during pregnancy, versus 12% for those who do take metformin during pregnancy (which is also the average percentage of miscarriages for women without endocrine disorders). Metformin is very important, especially during the first trimester.
Also, if clomid doesn't work this month you should ask about femara. It has a higher success rate than clomid for women with PCOS.

I am on my 3rd month of Clomid. My first and second periods were totally different than before I started Clomid. I normally bled for 5 days and the color was red. The last to periods lasted 2 days of only spotting and the color was a brown color. Took pregnancy tests that all came out negative. When I asked my doctor about it ,she said sometimes Clomid has a side effect of the uterine wall not getting very thick. That is the reason why your period is so light. The darker color is because it's old blood. Hope this helps!

I was also diagnosed with PCOS but my doc started me on Metformin for about 6months. Then I had to have a D&C to remove fibroids and clean out the lining. Still didnt have a regular cycle. I conceived on my 3rd cycle of clomid. My first cycle of clomid the doc just picked a day for me to start since I didnt have a normal cycle. I wish you the best of luck. I am 39 weeks pregnant.

I in simple terms presently finished my 6th around of Clomid and have long previous by this comparable subject with my first and 2d around. My first cycle substitute into very long and my 2d cycle era had to be brought about. i'm now on a ordinary 30-31 day cycle. in case you haven't any longer gotten a favorable attempt by skill of now then you definitely possibly are not pregnant. My well being care professional instructed me that its known for Clomid to elongate cycles by skill of lengthening the luteal section. attempt an HPT with first morning urine in some extra days in the experience that your era would not teach. If its unfavorable then ask your well being care professional for provera to set off a era. sturdy success!
