¡Yeeoooww!

There is no literal translation for Yeeoooww. It is an interjection which is hard to translate so linguists usually come up with something sounding close, give a similar sound, or create a totally different sound. For example, "hahaha!" would become "jajajaja! in Spanish because the j sounds like an English h.
So I would translate it as, "iau" or "Yau" because i and y in front of a vowel makes the sound of an English Y and the diphthong au sounds like ow in cow.

They may spell it differently but I suspect that it sounds pretty similar, since it's more of a scream than an actual word.

There's no Spanish word for that.
Is it expressing hapiness or that you're doing something cool?
It could be then...Yuuuuuuupiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!! (yupi)
We use it all the time :)
