Mew's flag?

This is a question regarding the pokémon Mew.

Starting from Firered and Leafgreen, a special flag is needed to be attached to Mew, otherwise it would not obey it's original trainer.

Does anyone know anything about this (i.e, what the flag is) or where I could find the flag. I've tried GameFAQ's but didn't find it.

    type into google " pokemon fire red and leaf green mew flag info" and check the 4th/5th one down.
