If the bible was written and inspired by the Holy Ghost is there a preacher inspiring by the Holy Spirit too?

Absolutely, some are. Not as many as you'd think, though. And unfortunately not as many as they think they are. <sadly> I'd say Billy Graham is. A preacher who can live out his life in front of other people such that the other people want what he has -- any Christian can do that, not just a preacher. Some of the old preachers of the Great Awakening and the Second Great Awakening were definitely inspired by the Spirit, because they only thought they were Christians before they really began to read the Bible and find out what it really says. Then they really became Christians, and were able to proclaim God and the Bible to their listeners.

I'm not sure that I understand the question, but I'll try to answer:

I know that preachers CAN be inspired by the Holy Ghost if they are trying to honestly spread the Gospel (versus those who use God's word to make a church to make $$$). People like Benny Hinn put up a show and buy mansions and THOSE kind of people, I am certain, are not inspired by the holy Spirit.

I holy spirit does not write but may have guided some. yes I hope most preachers are guided by the holy spirit unfortunately I know many aren't

yes the wholy spirit does inspire preachers but not all. there are false ones and they will try to lower your trust in god

i believe so, but the scriptures says to test all things. Many people will come and say "the spirit is filling me to say....." and they'll say whatever, how do you know it's true? test it to scriptures. Would God say something that contradicts what his Word says? In deuteronomy, it says "how do you know if a prophet is a liar? listen to his prophecy, and if it doesn't come true, he's a liar..." So we ought to test all things. Don't take everything at their word, but take everything at Gods Word.
