Look for ones with microban in them.
As well, buy several pairs and rotate wear, that is to say, never wear the same pair of shoes (any shoes) two days in a row so that it will dry out and the bacteria will die, hence the odor will as well.
You can clean them if they are washable - I use a bit of watered down dish detergent and a touch of alcohol in a spray bottle (also nice to clean my eyeglasses) and an old toothbrush, a quick rinse, let them dry and you are good to go in a day or two.
Rotation and dry time is the big factor, even in regular shoes.
