Is Silicon Carbide worth anything?

I have been doing some very long overdue house cleaning. So I started out in the attic. I stumbled upon 2 round (big as a 33rpm record) Silicon Carbide- Bonded Surface. Before I throw it out in the trash, I was wondering if they are worth anything? It weighs at least a couple of pounds. And I am sure that they belonged to the previous house owner.

Update:

No it does look like cutting blades. It looks like a gray 33 rpm but the center has a bigger hole.

It sounds like you stumbled onto a couple of disc's made to be used in a power tool to cut masonary. Not too valuable. I'm Guessing about $5 each.
