my father projects to be a respectable and a professional man, we all look up to him, because of his good advices...but just last night my older sister discover something we didn't expect my father could do..He let a woman into our house last night secretly. We could tell that this was going on for quite a long time, because our dogs never barked at the woman and when my sister asked my father who was that woman, he couldn't answer...we all knew that he was a womanizer when we were just little kids, but that was years ago, now he is already 68 years old! and doing something immoral at our own house! my mother by the way is presently staying at my brother's house...now we decided to tell my brother and my mother about this...but we are very hesitant that it may cause a much bigger problem...what should we do?
no, they are not divorced or something, they dont have any problems...my mother is staying at my brother's house because she is the one taking care of the house while my brother is away...

Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing at all. If your mother was staying at your brothers house do you think there's a chance she may already know about this. If you feel the need to do something confront your father first. He's the only one with any answers. Give him a chance to be the one to tell your mom. It's only fair to her to hear it from him and not her children. If he refuses to tell her then if you think it's worth it go ahead. just make sure she's sitting down and your close enough to comfort her. Just realize though that she may not believe you and she may even defend him. You guys should maybe get evidence of him doing this. Like a video camera or something.

Talk to him first. Don't be hostile, but let him know how unhappy you are about it. If he won't back down, you should realize that telling your mother will set off WWIII. I wish you luck.
