Does anyone know how many calories need to be burnt to get rid of 1 kg of human body fat?

The products have written all values, energy per 100g included, recommendations of 2000 kcal for women daily intake, suggestions for those on diet to cut them to 1000 but really, who can answer the question which treats the obesity problem from my point of view? How many days or weeks should I stay on this regime of 1000 kcal to slim 5 or 10 kg? Please do not speculate on exercising, just the diet.

Well, in order to be healthy, you NEED exercise, but, you seem a little stubborn in that area.

1200 calories is the minimum requirement that your body needs to carry out basic metabolic function and brain activity. Diets like that are typically unsucsessful and temporary, you need to make a lifestyle change and develop better eating habits.

If you consume anything less your body as a survival mechanism will start to conserve all those calories and store them, because it thinks you are starving.

3500 calories is equal to a pound of fat.

I would suggest you eat 1500 calories a day, and exercise if you truley want to lose weight. Break up your meals into several small portions every 4 or so hours. Drink alot of water. You need to replace the fat with building muscle, and you will turn your body into a fat-burning power-house.

I lost over 45 lbs, and I have kept it off, and I am in great shape. Do it the right way, only you can keep yourself from achieving your weight-loss goals. Good Luck

Walk 7 km per day which will burn 350 calories that means walk 7 km x 20 days...you will lose 1 Kg, so if you want to lose more increase the walking distance. 1 km of walking equals to 50 calories. Calculate on that basis.

To lose 1Kg of fat you would need to burn off about 8000 calories. That would be equivalent to 8 or 9 90 minutes sessions of vigorous exercise in the gym!
