How to change my last name on facebook?

- click on Account (just beside the Home link, on the top right of the page)

- there is a section called "Name" -- click on "Change" link next to it

- I think Facebook does not allow 1 letter last name. However, I would suggest using the first 3 letters of your last name instead (or just put bogus last name). It will take a while since apparently they have to approve your last name change. But this should do the trick.

You can block people on Facebook from searching for you.

With the right settings (i.e. only letting your friends see your profile and information) you can have full control of your Facebook profile.

To block a person go to http://www.facebook.com/privacy/

At the bottom of the page it says "Block List"

Use the Search to find people you want to block from seeing your profile.

It's better to simply block this person, rather than having to change your name on Facebook.

when you sign in go to account at the top and then Name - change
