I live there Depending on who you talk to the ppl are usually nice, but ppl there are always trying to "Keep Up With the Jones" Seems to think that they are hotter, and richer than every one else it just seems who it is you are getting to know but ya there are alot of ppl like that...

as for weather your forcast is Sunny for November-June and Stormy June-November Cold in January, Hot the rest of the year...

Culture, just like every where else I assume diff ppl have diff religons...

Job Availabilty is really good it is a community that is growing veryy qucik!!!!...

Housing market is down but its down everywhere...

People do think they are more then they are in Scottsdale. Not all people, but many.

Most people there think they are so good and think they have bragging rights just because they live in Scottsdale and drive a BMW.

Now people in California that can afford to live there and drive a BMW have bragging rights! it's still super hot, dry and dusty in Scottsdale.......and no beaches!
